Version 4.1.0 - Tick Tack Toe!

Happycharts now support "real time" ticks for the following timeframes:

• •1 hour
• •4 hour
• •daily

We plan on increasing the tick feature to the 15 and 5 minute charts in the future.

What are ticks?

Patch 4.0.x brought us real time mode in which we tried to simulate a real trading experience as close as possible to the real world. We did this by updating the chart one by one on which you can make your trading decisions, and keep on making decisions untill the snapshot ran dry.

We did however not simulate what happens in between the generation of those candles. This is what we would call ticks - we show the trading activity and/or price movements between the open and close of the candle. Because our data access is currently limited, we have to stick with 4 to 6 ticks per candle, depending on the timeframe.
